CSSA Volunteering Requirements
- We expect each skating member over the age of 18 to provide a minimum of 15 hours of volunteering per skating season and each non-skating parent to provide a minimum of 15 hours per child to a minimum of 20 hours per family
- We will log all volunteer hours throughout the year
Throughout the season the CSSA requires volunteer help for the following areas:
- Development Committee Member
- Equipment
- Newsletter
- Registration (Annual)
- Social
The following positions are all related to races in Calgary:
Most of you will be asked to attend a Level 1 Officiating Workshop to learn everything about the running of a meet and the various positions listed below. The rest of the information you will get from the VP Competition, Greg Szostakiwskyj, and from the various Chief Officials.
