Absolute Speed
  • Introduce skating skills or speed skating specific skills.
Intro to Skating
  • Develop general and specific skills for speed skating
  • Foster love of skating
  • 1st stage for all members joining the club
Love to Skate
  • Continue to develop general and specific skills for speed skating
  • 2nd stage for members who want to continue skating but not necessarily compete
Competitive I
  • Begin development of competitive skills
  • 2nd stage for members who want to continue skating and compete
Competitive II
  • Begin specialization of competitive skills.
  • 3rd stage for members competing and wanting to get to Link and Oval Program
